We have already built a special event, that began back in 2019. We continue to attract an audience from all over the United Kingdom. Not only creating a fantastic special day out, but also helping so many people take their first steps to discovering the many benefits of an electric drive with zero tailpipe emissions, and now helping them continue their green steps with the Green Living Show our new addition for 2025.

While also offering an annual homage for electric vehicle enthusiasts as we continue to build

our Celebration of all Electric Vehicles

How it works

  • 1. Send a request

    We will then send you back the following forms;

    If you are interested in attending as Trade we will return a copy of our current prices. 

    Including the following;

    1: Trade & Club Application Form.

    2: Risk Assessment.

    3: Terms & Conditions.


    If you are interested in Sponsoring our event we will send you our prices and further details. 

  • 2. Return your Forms

    For Trade & Clubs please fill out and return your required forms. 

    Any Sponsorship enquires will be discussed and approved with both parties. 

  • 3. Invoice & Agreement

    You will then be provided with confirmation via email and sent across an Invoice via our banking provider which is Monzo.

    Once your Invoice has been paid you are then officially on board with this years event. 

  • 4. Start Your Planning

    Its time to get planning your day, remember make the most of your day. Organise a promotion or something exciting to get our audience engaged on your stand. 

    This is the day for you to shine, good planning will help you achieve the results you want. 

  • 5. On the Day of the Event

    The event venue will open its gates at 7 AM, for all Trade & Sponsors. You will also have the previous day before to set up your stand if you require. You will need to give prior notice to the organiser if you need this option. 

    Please be aware all Trade need to be ready for the event opening at 9:30. 

    With those attending from all over the UK some do arrive very early. 

    The event closes at 4:00 PM you will have plenty of time to pack away your stand until at least 6:00 PM. 

  • 6: Feedback your experience

    We want our Trade & Sponsors to join us for many years into the future. You are very important to our event, please feedback your experience. We will always listen and take on board any suggestions we can improve our event.
