Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy an electric day out. You don't have to be an electric vehicle enthusiast or owner to experience our special day.

EV Displaying and General Visitors

On the Day

On your arrival on the day of the event itself you will be guided to either EV Display Car parking or General Visitors Parking.

If you are looking at displaying your EV tickets will be available up to 10.00 A.M on the day of the event. But spaces are on a first come first served basis. If displays full up we will do our best to accommodate.

Key Points

The Event Officially opens at 9.30 A.M to 5.00 P.M
EV Displays only gates will be open from 8.30 A.M for those travelling long distance. Please be advised if you are displaying to ideally arrive no later than 11.00 A.M for the safety of those on site. And also enabling our volunteers to also enjoy there day out.
Live Stage First Sessions start at 10.00 and run for 30 minutes each with the final Main Stage at 3.00 P.M which will last for 1 Hour including Competition Winners awards.
You will be given a "Live" events programme on your arrival.
Please notify the gate if you require disabled parking, and you will be directed close to the house.
All EV's on site must stick to 5 MPH, and put your hazards on until you reach your display position. You will be guided by volunteers to this. You are free to leave the site at your choosing, but please use the same manner while leaving the site. Once you have left you won't be able to return on site.
General Visitor Tickets are available to purchase until 12.00 lunchtime, on the event day. Online only! No cash transactions will take place on the gates. But those last minute decision makers still have time on the day to purchase tickets.
Gates for General Public and Display will close at 1.00 P.M latest.

We welcome all Electric Vehicles Owners Clubs from around the UK & Worldwide!

Why not bring your Club and have a Club Area within #EV Club Corner? We also have a competition for Best EV Club.

#EV Owners

If you own a Full Electric Vehicle no matter what type providing it is fully battery powered (BEV) with the exception of REX. Why not bring it along and display it amongst many others for a true Celebration of all Electric Vehicles.

The Electric Vehicles Festival is a Celebration of all Electric Vehicles. We do also welcome owners of all Full (BEV) Electric Vehicles! Car, E-Motor Bike & Scooters, Commercials Light & HGV, Buses, Coaches & Classic Conversions to come along and display your electric amongst many others. The United Kingdom is working towards The Road Map to Zero. A plan set out by UK Government and put into legislation. That will lead to a future of Zero Emissions Transportation for all of us. The EV Festival set out with a plan to bring together Electric Vehicle Enthusiasts together with those who have not yet gone electric, and everyone who just simply fancies a different day out, within the stunning grounds at Stanford Hall, near Lutterworth.
